Welcome. Choose what you would like to book.
Not sure what to book, or planning something special? Send a message and we will call or WhatsApp you back. We use these details only to reply to you.

Step 2 of 2 · Code sent to your email
Enter your admin email. If it belongs to an owner or a manager, we email a code to it. The owner is told whenever a password is reset.
Each credit alert from your bank, newest first. One that matched nothing is usually a payment made outside the website, or a customer who changed the amount: check it against the bookings under To review.
Select any hour to see who has booked it and their contact number.
Leave "same amount every month" ticked for regular costs such as wages and rent. Untick it for a bill that changes, and enter it again next month.
For installations and equipment, such as flooring or air conditioning. Analytics shows net income both before and after these. Spread a large purchase over several months if you want it shared out; leave it at 1 to count it all in the month it was paid.
A cost entered for "All spaces" is split between spaces in proportion to these areas. If none are set, it is split equally.
Worked out from classes that have taken place this month, the attendance marked for them, and each instructor's pay basis (set under Settings › Instructors). A class counts as taught once its date has passed, whether or not attendance was marked. People present counts only those marked present.
Cash walk-ins by day and by who took them. Count the cash against each day's total; the owner then marks it counted. A booking cancelled later drops out of its day's total.
Confirmed bookings by the month they were made. Cash should match what was handed over; UPI should match the bank.

Questions sent from the home page. Reply by phone or WhatsApp, then mark the enquiry done. The newest 100 are shown.
Income counts confirmed bookings only, minus refunds, on the date each booking is for. A booking over several dates is split evenly across them. Net income is income minus the costs entered under Expenses.
Only owners see this. It lists the latest 300 actions on bookings, cancellations, blocked time and manager accounts.

Blocks a single day.
Set the dates and at least one day and time.
A class can be held in any room, in the dance studio or the library / co-work area. Choosing a room blocks it for hourly bookings during the class.
Edit class details changes the title, instructor, spots, price and room for every upcoming session of that class. Tick "Also change the days, times or date range" there to change which days it runs, the times, or when it starts and ends. To change one date only, use Edit in the list of upcoming sessions below. Per session keeps booking by individual session. A weekly or monthly fee replaces it for that class: the customer picks a start date and books one week or one month. Customers see only when the class runs, such as "Every Wed 5 pm–7 pm". Tick the boxes to also show them the date the class starts or ends.
Add a photo for each of the three home page options, and for each class and its instructor. Classes are grouped by title.
Private hire lets one customer take the whole space for the hours they choose, so nobody else can book in. Choose how it is priced: either one price for the whole space, whatever the number of people, or the usual price of the desks the customer needs plus a privacy fee for each hour. It is offered only for hours when no desk is already confirmed for someone else. Leave it at 0 to not offer it.
Hours not covered by a rule use the rate above. When rules overlap, the one higher in the list wins. Save the space after adding or removing rules.
Reward long bookings, such as a teacher renting by the month: for example 10% off when one booking has 20 hours or more. Desks count as desk-hours (2 desks for 3 hours is 6). The highest tier reached applies. If the customer also has a coupon, whichever saves more is used. Save the space after adding or removing tiers.
Add up to 8 photos per space. They rotate in a gallery on that space's booking page.
Add the photo that goes with it under Classes › Photos, in the row "Home page: About the centre".
Times use India Standard Time. An unpaid hold drops off the timetable after the expiry time.
Days are counted from the day the customer asks to cancel to the first date of their booking. Save with the button above.
What customers currently see:
A manager can confirm, decline and cancel bookings, handle cancellation requests, use the calendar and block time. They cannot see or change Settings (UPI ID, phone, policy, owner emails), Spaces, Classes, photos or this activity log. Each manager chooses their own password the first time they log in, using a code emailed to them.
When this is on, each new booking is priced 10 to 90 paise under its list price so that no two unpaid bookings share an amount. The discount never goes above 90 paise: if all nine amounts for a price are in use, the booking is taken at list price and you confirm it by hand as before. An amount is freed 10 minutes after an unpaid hold expires and 30 minutes after a booking is decided. When your bank's credit alert arrives for exactly that amount, the booking is confirmed and the customer is emailed, with nobody checking by hand. Anything that does not match exactly stays under To review. It needs the bank alert reader set up once; the steps are in the README under "Automatic payment confirmation".
Use {discount} for the amount taken off and {amount} for the exact amount to pay. Keep the instruction to pay the exact amount.
These details appear at the bottom of every page. Leave a box empty to leave it out.
Start a line with "# " for a heading and "- " for a bullet point. The starter wording is a draft, not legal advice: replace everything in [square brackets] and have a lawyer check it before you save. The cancellation policy above is added to the Terms page automatically, so you do not need to repeat it.
The booking, amount and UPI reference are kept; only the picture is removed. 12 months is a common choice. State the same period in your Privacy Policy.
Use this when a customer asks you to delete their personal data. Their name, mobile number, email and payment screenshots are removed and they are logged out. Each booking, its amount and UPI reference stay, without a name, so your accounts and analytics still add up. This cannot be undone, and it is refused while the customer has an open or upcoming booking.
When a customer submits a payment for review or asks to cancel, a message is posted to your Slack channel so nobody has to keep this page open. Alerts do not use up the daily email limit. The Slack address is set on the server, not here, so managers cannot change it.
Timed reminders posted to the same Slack channel. They need Slack alerts to be set up, and the timer line in wrangler.jsonc (see the README file under "Slack nudges").
Use {name}, {centre}, {booking}, {date} and {time}; each is filled in for the customer. Staff tap the link in Slack, WhatsApp opens with this message typed, and they press send.
A code you give to particular customers for a discount, for example VIPS10 for 10% off. Customers type it in when they book. Limit it to certain customers by listing their emails (the email they log in with), and set a last day if you like. A coupon is not used with packs or gift voucher purchases. If a booking also gets a bulk discount, whichever saves more is used.
A pack is a set of credits sold at one price and used within a number of days: for example 10 studio hours for ₹4,000, valid 90 days. One credit is one hour of a space (one desk for one hour), or one seat in one class session. Customers buy a pack on the home page, pay by UPI as usual, then tick "Use my pack" when they book; those bookings are confirmed at once. A credit covers any hour, peak or not. Classes sold by the week or month are not affected. Changing or removing a pack here does not change packs already bought.
A customer buys a voucher on the home page and pays by UPI. Once the payment is confirmed, a code is emailed to them to pass on. Whoever has the code enters it when booking; it pays for all or part of the booking and the rest stays on the voucher. Treat a code like cash. Vouchers cannot buy packs or other vouchers. Save with the button below.
Everyone named as the instructor on a class appears here by themselves, so you can set how each is paid; the pay report under Expenses uses it. Add an email only for an instructor who should have a login. An instructor can log in to see who is booked into their own classes and mark attendance. They see names only: no phone numbers, emails, payments or anything else in Admin. Enter their name exactly as it appears on their classes. Each instructor chooses their own password the first time they log in, using a code emailed to them.
